I really would like to know what are the optimal setups for like the major Activity types in intervals.icu. To get all the jucy data out of your Activities.
I know the data is only good if i use it, else it is only noise. But if we ignore that, what where the optimal setup?
For example i use a fenix 6x pro for all walking, running, hiking, swimming and skiing aktivities. For cycling i use a edge 1050, garmin speed and cardience (sry for my bad english^^) sensor and a heart sensor for the chest from garmin. I think there are better ways to get more data into intervals.icu
Running, hiking, walking, swimming and skiing would the most interesting for me.
Looks good for me in overall, but if you cycle a lot a power meter would be nice. Assioma Uno for example might be good value for money.
I also use HRV to keep an eye in some fatigue values. HRV4Training daily but i think in Fenix 6pro you already have HRV built in.

At the moment im starting fresh with a new ebike, cause i use it to get to job related locations, too. Its from bosch and has the Bosch smart system. At the moment i can only export from bosch to strava and from there to intervals, to get the Bosch metrics into intervals and seperate i get the same activity from garmin to intervals. Intervals does then its magic in fusing the two activities together. I need to test a bit, if the bosch system can track like a powermeter, and if not, is there a problem in using the powermeter on an ebike? Like cause of the support from the bike?
Im really new to ebikes, its my first and ive got it last friday
Hallo Patrick ich habe auch ein Bosch E-Bicke ich verwende Edge 1040 in Verbindung mit Garmin Rally XC200 sowie Polar H10 alles ohne Probleme.
Bei weiteren Fragen bitte melden!!

Could you elaborate more on how HRV affects fatigue? Cheers!
What output does the ebike supply? If it gives wattage, is this total wattage, or your contribution to the wattage? I think it would be a slick addition to ebike technology if it displayed the user’s effort plus total wattage to give an idea how much the bike is contributing vs your muscles.
The e-bike delivers the total power and the pedals provide the rider’s power.
Hay Helmut001, ich würde mir ja auch gerne Powermeter Pedale holen, aber die sind so teuer, vor allem wenn man allgemein versucht im Garmin Universum zu bleiben
