Onboarding athletes and coaching groups

We have added support for bulk setup of athletes:

Setup multiple athletes at once

We have added a premium feature to configure multiple athletes in one go to the group page. So if you have all your athletes in groups then you are good. We are going to add it to the /athletes page soon. You need to have enabled beta features on the /settings page to see this.
