Norwegian Method

Hi, I have created a training plan according to the relative information about the Norwegian method.
I would like to keep learning and keep improving on this topic.
Any information you have about this method and how to implement it to improve is appreciated.

I don’t know if @david has a good-practise forum rules for this cases.

I think that creating a training plan for amateurs based on the Norwegian method is risky and dangerous. Norwegians dedicate themselves to this from childhood and are constantly training. Additionally, they do not compete in youth categories like in other countries. The Norwegian method is based on controlling intensities through lactate, and they monitor many parameters that an amateur cannot control. They also follow special diets, accumulate a high volume of training, and do other things that we may not know about. In summary, I think it is risky to create an amateur plan based on the Norwegian method. This is only my personal opinion.

The other day I had a problem with a guy who is a follower that simply took one of my workouts and without changing the intensities, he started doing it. Imagine what happened to him, then he sent me an angry private message because he couldn’t finish it. The problem is that they can’t control the intensities the way we do. To train like us, they would need a lot of time. Can it be adapted? I’m sure it can, but I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t control that athlete. My response is not a criticism, but it is advice to avoid problems. Anyway, I tried to find that plan to see it and I couldn’t find it.
