Newbie - Making Sense of Fitness

Hi Everyone,
I started cycling last year looking to improve my fitness and some how found this site. I have been uploading data from Strava, but, being fairly new to this, I don’t understand what the chart is showing me other than it looks good for about 3 months then doesn’t, but I don’t even know what that means.

Are there any tutorials that can tell me how to interpret the fitness graphs?
