Names are unique?

I had to make a second account due to this issue: Error 550 while sending email from Intervals - #11 by b_morgan

Initially the new account creation process failed because I was using the same “Name” that I had used in my Hotmail account.

I can understand why managing the platform is easier if Names are always unique, but from a user experience perspective it’s not ideal. As the user base for this grows, you will eventually end up with people who have the same real name.

Hmm. Non unique names also cause problems when searching for your mates on the platform and so on. I need to think about this a bit.
