MMP in workouts

Hi,
When you use MMP for setting targets in a workout, does it pick from a default power curve (last 42, 82,…) - and which default? - or from the setting you have selected on you powergraph (at time of planning, at time of syncing… great feature in any case.

Actually didn’t know about this feature. From the looks of it, you can specify your pref.

using MMP% is now supported in BreakAway: Indoor Training App for iOS (in next release.)

Came up with the same question as the op, as when I use MMP to prescribe workout the numbers seem extremely high, particularly at 1minute mark.

If I look at my power curve I can see that the model doesn’t really model well my expected power at 1m. I would expect the mmp to use my best power for the last 42d instead, which is much lower…

It seems to use the model value. What makes kind of sense for me. If I am doing 3min max and 10min max effort, and my current 7min value is no max effort, then that would be nice to describe the workout from the model and not from the currrent value.
