My name is Holm, I am 45 years old and have been trying to reduce my weight with moderate success for the past year. I regularly engage in sports and can ride a road bike, run, and swim. Additionally, I have practiced Taekwondo in the past and use it as a cardio workout. However, I either train too hard or too little and am not making progress. Therefore, I am looking for a trainer who can help me and create training plans for me.
I would like to maintain and control my training in the sports of cardio (Taekwondo), running, and cycling. One limitation is that I travel occasionally and need to be able to do cardio and running while on the road. Who can help me? Please provide me with an offer.
