Thanks! If you don’t continue your free trial to a paid subscription you can still log in to your account and your training plan will still be available in Intervals.icu.
Congrats on going full-time with this! It’s a huge decision and really shows your commitment to the project. I hope it goes well and you bring in plenty of subscribers.
To be honest, I probably won’t be one of them, and I wanted to share my reasons. My initial experience with the training plans was a bit mediocre—the workouts felt under-subscribed, and I found myself having to fiddle with the structure a lot. When life inevitably got in the way (illness, work trips, vacation), making those adjustments was more complicated than I expected it to be.
I’ve ended up moving back to a basic structure on Intervals.icu that I can progress myself. Since I’m just training for general endurance, I don’t really need anything too complex.
The part I actually liked about LeCoach was the feedback and being able to chat about how a workout went or how to handle specific situations. That part is great, but it’s just not enough on its own for me to justify a subscription right now.
Good luck with everything! It’s a competitive market for AI based tools, so I hope the project finds its spot.
Hi Vieplis, thanks for the feedback. Sorry the plan felt under-subscribed.
There are essentially 3 things that determine the load/intensity of the plan.
- From Intervals connection: your recent load, ctl, ftp etc. LeCoach will build on that.
- The inputs provided when creating the training plan, for example what you write in the ‘Goal’ field but also what you choose in terms of ramp rate, training structure etc.
- And finally in settings there is a field called ‘Training experience’.
If any of this information is missing or wrong, he could assume beginner or low ctl status whilst this was not the case. Could you dm me the email address you used to sign up so I can investigate?
Thanks!
I’ve noticed that some of the new users still synced activities to LeCoach with Strava as the source even if they for example were Zwift or Garmin recorded activities. Due to the Strava api restrictions this causes these activities to not show up in LeCoach or with incomplete data (Untitled activity, no activity stats).
You can fix this by always syncing the source of your activities (for example Garmin, Zwift, Wahoo, Rouvy, MyWhoosh or whatever platform you are using to record your rides) directly with Intervals.icu.
How to fix this
- Go to Intervals.icu → Settings → Connections
- Connect your recording devices directly (Garmin, Zwift, MyWhoosh, Wahoo, etc.) and select “Download activities”
- Press “Download old data” to backfill historical activities
- Come back to LeCoach and do a Full Intervals Sync on your Settings page
We will now also mark activities with source Strava in your agenda, pointing to the relevant help article.
Hi, thanks for the work. I started using your device, and now I have the same problem with Strava. I can’t connect directly because my GPS is a Bryton, and there is no connection with Intervals. Do you think the problem will be fixed, or is it over?
Cheers.
Hi, I honestly would not know if it is possible to get activities from Bryton bike computers to Intervals automatically, without having to manually download and upload the activities as fit files. Maybe someone else from the community has a solution?
Today we shipped LeCoach V1.131 - Strava recognition, scoring improvements and faster performance
- Added - Activity Source Recognition - We now track which device/platform your activities come from and give you better feedback when there might be data quality issues.
- Added - Strava Activities Notice. If you’re syncing rides through Strava, you’ll get a one-time email about potential data gaps. We’ll show you how to connect your devices (Garmin, Zwift, Wahoo, etc.) directly for more complete data and better analysis.
- Added - Strava icon on Activity Cards - Strava-sourced activities are now visually flagged so you can quickly identify which rides might need attention.
- Improved - servers were smoking with the massive influx of new users this week ;-). So we made several performance improvements that make LeCoach run smoothly.
- Improved - Smarter Activity Scoring - Activities are now scored more intelligently—we wait for complete data to arrive before analyzing outdoor rides, so you get accurate workout feedback every time.
Also: waitlist times are finally over! LeCoach signup now open for everyone!
Another big update today. We shipped LeCoach V1.132 - Smart memory.
LeCoach will remember important details across coaching interactions.
LeCoach can now remember facts about you and use them consistently across every conversation, plan, and workout recommendation.
This was a highly requested improvement from our users. So we would really appreciate any feedback about this feature as fine-tuning will have to come from real interactions. The balance here is ensuring it only triggers on truly relevant messages/input and not for stuff that does not need to be added to memory.
What LeCoach Will Remember:
- Your workout preferences (what you love and hate)
- Physical limitations or recovery patterns
- Training constraints and availability
- Coaching style preferences
- Equipment limitations that affect your training
Multiple Ways to Save:
- During onboarding — Tell LeCoach important details about yourself upfront, they’re permanently saved
- During plan creation — Specify your preferences as part of training plan setup (choose if they expire when the plan ends or stay permanently)
- In chat — LeCoach may suggest remembering key insights you share; accept or dismiss with one click
- In Settings — Manually add, edit, or remove memories anytime
Flexible Memory Expiration: Each memory can be set to:
- Always remember — Stays permanently
- Until a specific date — Automatically expires (great for temporary injuries or season-specific constraints)
LeCoach V1.134 - Dark mode has arrived in LeCoach
One of the most requested features by users is finally here. You can now choose between Light, Dark, or System mode in Settings. System will automatically match LeCoach to your device’s appearance settings, so if your phone or computer is using dark mode, LeCoach will too.
I must admit I’m not a dark mode user myself but it looks really slick! Might even switch to dark or system myself now!
For the real dark mode experts, would love to get your feedback, is it too dark now?
The new dark mode looks great to me. Thanks

When I got to this step during registration, after filling in the information, the page stopped responding completely. I’ve tried many times, but nothing changes. How can I successfully finish registering and linking?
Hi I cannot view the screenshots you’ve added. Could you try to post them again?
Just created an account myself and got no issues, so assume its a one-time thing. Also feel free to dm your email you used to sign up so i can investigate further.
Hi, I’ve been using LeCoach for a while and I’m currently following a training plan.
I can’t modify any activity via the chat because the plan editor doesn’t see any training scheduled.
The normal chat assistant proposes a change, but when it switches to the plan editor it can’t find the planned activities.
Other than that, I’ve really enjoyed using it and seeing the platform improve. Great job!
Glad you like it! I havent encountered that before and also could not reproduce here locally. Could you please dm me the email you used to sign up so i can investigate?
Did you make the training plan with LeCoach or were the workouts originally created by another platform and imported into LeCoach via Intervals?
I created the plan directly in LeCoach.
Sure, I’ll send you my email via DM right away so you can check
We identified an issue where some plans created during an earlier version of the app (before january 6th 2026) were missing data, which prevented them from being edited via plan edit chat. This should now be resolved — all your plans should be fully visible and functional again.
What to expect for training plans created before january 6th
Your workouts, calendar and plan edit chat will work normal. However, because your plan was created before we introduced some newer features, you may notice a few things are missing compared to plans created more recently:
- Weekly training targets (e.g. “8 hours this week”) won’t be shown
- Periodization labels (like “Build”, “Recovery”, “Base”) won’t appear on your weeks
- Plan Health alerts won’t be active for your current plan
These are cosmetic differences — your actual workouts, scheduling, and AI coaching all work the same way. If you’d like the full experience with all these features, you can always create a new plan and everything will be included automatically.
Thanks to @epazzaia for reporting this!
Is it possible to create a new plan while my current plan is still active? The current plan ends today and I would like to plan ahead. But do I really have to delete the current plan and only then I will be able to create a new plan?
Hi @raimue . Totally get that, it’s annoying when you cannot plan ahead. Currently indeed you can only start a new plan once the current one has ended which will be tomorrow or when you delete it. But I would not recommend deleting your current one.
I’ll try to create a solution for this asap. Hopefully within the next 2 hours or so. Keep you posted!
Looks great to me. Thank you.
No worries, I am totally fine to wait this time until tomorrow. I appreciate your quick response. I mostly wanted to check that I was not missing something as the chat told me to use the “Create Plan” button that I did not have.
