I have tried to dig a little bit the datas on ketones and sport performance and things are a little blurry now. I have taken some ketone monoester (KE4) in a feeded state to test my feelings, I don’t know if I perform better or not but it’s clear that swallowing 30g of ketone monoester makes me feel different.
Since ketones provide AcetylCoA that interfere with the glycolytic pathway, I was wondering if you think it could impact VLaMax if taken regularly before the workout.
Tricky question I know…
