Intervals from garmin with no gps data

Can I somehow correct the pace data in intervals? This is from interval training on an indoor track, so I know the distance and interval times obviously, but Garmin underestimates them (probably based on cadence/hand movement).

Can I somehow correct the data in intervals? Runalyze showed a trimp of 124, so I guess the real TSS should be a bit higher as well.

How would you go about when running indoors? The load calculation is already by pace and not HR, the HR one would show even lower load. Because HR doesn’t go up fast enough in short intervals.
