@app4g Agree, problem is that I don’t get the original .fit file because Strava is syncing to Intervals… Also strava is removing a lot of data…
Ill add another topic to show/discuss my data flow

Is it just me, or has there been a substantial improvement in the accuracy for individual workout & recovery interval durations as well as average session pace? Seems like work vs recovery is always correct and the split time differences versus my Coros data are just rounding errors, instead of the +/- 10s per 100 from a couple years ago.
(also really nice to see how my swimming has improved over the last 2-3 years… OMG)
@david, I know there’s a lot on your list, but do you plan to work on some improvements for swim activities anytime soon?
I’d be glad to help/remote experiment stuff to make it easier for you if needed.
Thanks in advance!
Yes I will be doing that soon. Busy with what has turned out to be a big chunk of work:
Hi David,
Sorry to bring back that matter on the table, I know you’re being busy with all the comments resulting from the UI improvements ![]()
Can you please have a look at the issue reported by Matthew_Greer and thibaultfq above?
As a result of this bug adding up 2 to 3 extra seconds for each swim interval, I’m always forcing myself to try and swim a little faster to ensure matching the workout’s pace zones… It may be beneficial at the end, but I wish my efforts could be rewarded by the satisfaction of seeing the accurate paces!
Feel free to reach out if you need some examples to work with (garmin connect screenshots or anything you can’t grab from my profile)
Thanks in advance!
Seems like there is still an issue with this (intervals rounds weirdly and the lack of decimal point can lead to noticable gaps in the shorter work). Has anyone built a work around? Custom stream + custom zones?
@david bumping this. I’m unable to bike and ride at the moment, so having swim paces that are inaccurate is a bummer. Any options to fix this?
