Hi everyone! I’m trying to understand if something changed in the way that lower and upper boundaries work for Z1 and Z5/Z7 respectively when using pace zones. Issues with swim interval session times

I’ve noticed a strange issue with swim sessions, where the planned time for anything in z1 is significantly longer than it should be, which.is then. Impacting the scheduled time to complete the intervals, as well as the overall load of the session… has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Why does Zone 1 have to start at zero?

I want to have another number other then zero. Is it possible?
