When I create an activity, I have a problem… I have my HR in five zones, like Suunto watches, and when I make and activity in Z2 to Z4 works ok, but when I make in Z1, the pace rate that it put is from very very slow to Z2 " * 15m ramp Z1-Z2 Pace (4:52-8:20 for 2.4km)" and I want to put the slower speed higher. In the configuration my Z1 is like that “Z1 Recovery 0 - 73.5% 5:32/km +”, the problem is that I configurate 73.5 but not 0%…
The same happens with the Z5, in an activity “30s Z4 (0-0w) Z5 Pace (0:24-4:04 for 0.67km)” it´s impossible to run 0.24min/km jeje and now I have an other problem, I have a new value (0-0w) and the graphic doesn´t see well when I program a Z5

It would be awesome to be able to dose structuded workouts to be Z1 but the lower end i just to low. Gives a weird experience for the runner and it makes for some pretty horrible estimates on load.
