There doesn’t appear to be an ‘upload to Polar’ option, so you might be able to sync the workouts with Dropbox and from Dropbox to Polar?
Failing that you can download a week of workouts at a time in whatever format you choose (fit, erg, mrc, zwo or json) and transfer manually to the Polar.
It’s true that polar doesn’t support the uploading of structured workouts, but of course uploading or exporting workout logs is fine, and polar can manually edit sessions on its web side, which is inconvenient.
I don’t expect api support in the future, in fact, judging by a buggy paragraph after the release of polar vantage v3, there is a serious brain drain in the polar software team
Hi, I am new to intervals.icu and use Polar since more than 3 years. Now I connected Polarflow with Intervals, but i can’t see the workouts tracked in Polar to be synced with intervals.icu…
I do have connection to Komoot for example and the workout from polar is immediatly sent to it. How can I do it for intervals? what I am missing. In both apps I see “connected”?
I have the same problem. Do you solve this problem? I don’t know how to ride my structured workouts on my polar watch.
I can download the FIT from Intervals but then… How can I upload it to ride it on my watch? Because polar flow doesn’t allow you to open a FIT archive.
