Hi On the Wahoo fitness forum someone mentioned that they use intervals.icu to track their HRV. They have a graph at the bottom of their fitness page. How can I do that? thanks
On the fitness page, go to Options and click on the Looking Glass Chart button.
Select the HRV graph to add it to your fitness page.
You, off course need to have restingHR and HRVrmssd values in your wellness metrics to make it show something.
Thank you
I know my Apple Watch get the HRV, but it’s not pushed to Intervals.icu. Is there another way to push that information? Thanks.
Anything Apple Watch needs an intermediate app
HealthFit / RunGap / BreakAway / HealthSync are what comes to mind.
Using Health Fit already. It is pushed in the welness in calendar view, but isn’t used in graphs
HRVSDNN != HRVRmssd
I think that’s the reason
Open the wellness dialog box, and you’ll see where the HRV value is stored (field). If you’re usng the SDNN value (Apple default) then it won’t show on the default HRV chart, as it’s using rMSSD.
Without going into the debate about the differences between rMSSD and SDNN, and when/how to measure, you will have to change the rMSSD on your own chart to SDNN.
Thanks for the heads up. Indeed, I have an AW.
