Dont know why, because i didnt change anything, today all back to normal
I believe the issue is related to some activity (possibly fake) that doesnāt retrieve load information on those days. Iām providing the update to v4.50 in an attempt to fix it. I suggest waiting for a day when the error occurs again, and then performing the update so we can evaluate if it has been resolved.

How do you guys get your training advice? By opening matlab each day? It works, but itās an extra step.
I wonder if it would be possible to use matlabās REST api to automatically send the advice, or actually the two pictures. The training advice is just a number between 1-4, but the real benefit is looking at the graphs.
I know someone already ported the whole thing to Octave and Pandas, but I really like these original graphs. Iām thinking of ways to have them automatically be sent when data is available, for example to telegram ore email. Iām sure someone else must be thinking about the same thingsā¦
Matlab is okay but I need to log in quite often through my university account. Itās three clicks (!)

Iāve looked at this app ImReady4 and I agree with previous person, the step with Matlab has not encouraged me to try and use the app. Iām using HRV4TRAINING for more than a year and I got daily training advice just after the morning measure. The slight problem I have is that there are some limitations on the load evaluation using Strava data so Iām not sure all inputs are valid for the tool to make the best decision.
From the first look here in this forum I am also interested about the chart type being used this is why I was curious. If the setup is improved and made simpler Iāll have a try otherwise will just keep reading you all 
For some unknown reason, activities pulled from your account donāt include information about load and duration, and likely donāt contain heart rate or power data either. Iāve updated the script to handle this by assuming itās a rest day when no data is available.
@Gato_Felix, thank you for your collaboration in resolving this issue. It seems clear now.
Your activities are coming from Strava, even though you are supposed to have switched to Garmin. This is why you are unable to access activity information through the API. Please check your account configuration.
I have modified the script to alert in this case. Now, the activity TYPE will display āSTRAVAā in the plot window, and a warning will appear in the command line in these cases.
