Hi, I’m a newbie on intervals.icu. As a training diary I use velohero, because I’m a supporter of FOSS. I’ll finish my first 50 years in a few weeks and therefore I’m getting more interested in evaluating my heart and fitness status.
My main sports is cycling. I’m living on a hill in Mexico. The valley is at 1,750m, my home at 2,000m. Of course, I would like to somehow quantify my performance. For runners, there is the ‘PACE’. Is there something similar for bike workout?
