I have not found this so I ask you the following…
WKO5 uses last 90 days of data to give their mFTP calculation. How many days does eFTP use?
My eFTP during this year has been too high for me (confirmed with Lactate) at least 20w higher… It was very close to the real one at December 2022 (3 months ago) but the actual eFTP value is very high and it does not go down enough because my training load is high (with very long and with low intensity rides for my base period). Those low intensity rides decrease my power capability for higher intensities.
Is there any way to “restrict” (optionally) the calculation of eFTP just for my actual season to reflect better my current FTP? I did a ramp test some weeks ago and intervals gave to me a very close estimate FTP for that ride… but it is lower than model so was not used…
