As produced by muscle oxygen sensors (e.g. Moxy Monitor). This only works with manually uploaded .fit files and .fit files from Garmin Connect. Strava does not return this data. and no, I do not believe you can upload a CSV and have it added to the existing data stream. You need to have the data merged into the FIT file somehow.
