How do you use it for trail running?

I’m coaching trail running.
Therefore, I am not sure how to calculate the cumulative elevation setting and target race prediction time to create a workout.

Accumulation is not considered when creating trail run workouts,
There will be a difference in fatigue between the workout that you have set up and the workout that the player has done.
