Hello, I do trail running and I’m learning to use power to measure effort.
As I do ultras (50k) I end up walking a lot, and I would like to know the power I produce depending on the cadence, a power curve to run and another to walk, is it possible? …hike power, that’s what im looking. Thanks you
You can’t separate out running and hiking power curves. You could probably do something with a custom activity chart using Javascript if you can code a bit.
