I have a problem with the synchronize with the garmin connect and intervals.icu pages.
I do the share settings right, but it not working. If I set the share with strava, its working… I dont know why not working. Any body can help me?
I think your settings are correct. Garmin makes it quite had to get old data. I suspect your next activity will download ok. Please let me know if that doesn’t happen.

Importing from Garmin connect was working until mid-December but now no new rides have been imported since December 18 though they show up in Garmin Connect.
Importing from Strava seemed to work well but I would like to quit Strava which is why I switched to Garmin Connect. Do you still get all the same information if you use only the free version of Strava?
Thats strange. I don’t see any errors in the log and as far as Intervals.icu is concerned you are still connected to Garmin Connect. Is the activities switch still on here? Garmin Connect |
I would like to figure out why your activities aren’t coming through.
Strava doesn’t send through the actual ride files so you don’t get L/R balance and other “extras”. It also sometimes mangles lap data if you have a privacy zone set. But you can use the free version.

Actually is working now, but sometimes didnt upload the training after my workout, just another day 
With strava always uploads immediately. : )
Sometimes the Intervals.icu web app loses its connection to the server and doesn’t see updates. Next it it looks like Garmin didn’t sync but you can see it on Strava, try reload Intervals.icu. I am working this problem.
The switches all look to be correct.
Ride with GPS only shows activities up until December 18 as well but everything since then has been virtual so I guess that makes sense.
Strava shows everything.
I reset the intervals.icu connection to read from Strava and everything updated.
I will try to go back to reading from Garmin to see if anything changes. I recall when I switched before it took some time (days) to reload things.
And now I see that the only events Garmin is sending over are the ones it measures. Everything from Zwift does not transfer.
So, looks like the question to answer is how to make Zwift upload to intervals.icu
I have a similar issue. My morning activity did not sync, and the afternoon one did. I tried removing the connection between Intervals and Garmin and the problem persists.
I’m in too. I’ve got time but wanted to report that i’ve got that same problem too. No upload from Garmin.

I just logged in two days ago and any of my Garmin activities did not sync. I uploaded my last ride to intervals.icu manually just to test and it went OK, but still any of my Garmin activities did not sync.

Yes unfortunately thats how Garmin Connect works now. They no longer send activities from 3rd parties to apps like Intervals.icu. I have queried this with their support and it is a “policy decision”.
There isn’t an automatic upload unfortunately. The easiest is probably to setup Dropbox integration with Intervals.icu and just copy your .fit files into a Dropbox folder.

I wrote some “suggestions” here on how to sync. Basically similar to what david is suggesting - using dropbox. But my suggestion only works if you’re using PC for Zwift I suspect. (not tablet i think)
is using Strava out of the question? Else Zwift → Strava → Intervals (GC would also sync to intervals but Intervals would have duplicates checking to filter and merge the workouts)
only issue is - if you have double sided power meter, Strava doesn’t send over LR power data.
But thats only a problem with 3rd party activities?
Yes… Anything that is NOT recorded on a Garmin will cease to be pushed by garmin servers to anywhere else.
eg:
Garmin Head Unit → Intervals = No Prob
Zwift → Garmin → Intervals = Problem.
But if you record zwift activities on your Garmin head unit, that will sycn to intervals albeit w/o elevation/distance that you see on zwift
