Friel's Training Method Importer not producing spec'd style?

I tried searching for a similar question in the forum but couldn’t find one. If one exists, my apologies for doubling up.

I built a plan using the Friel Training Method importer, and chose the “style” to be Polarized. However, when I import the workouts into Intervals, they are clearly not polarized, instead they are threshold, or pyramidal.

What am I missing, or what should I do to fix this? I’m somewhat new to Intervals, so it’s entirely possible I set something incorrectly. Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Something is wrong with the values from the site, in the Training Plans in intervals.icu you have a lot of those Joel Polazired plans and none of them is really polazirized.

For example, this are just impossible do be done! The values from the site are way wrong

Monday, rest day with 212W with 290FTP is just insane. That is an 0.74IF, not really a recovery day but more a Aerobic day.

Thanks for your reply!

I agree that the values being generated don’t make sense. In my current training block, I went in to each workout and readjusted the values to get them more in line with what the workout should be (eg: a real Z2 effort vs something much harder). However, that was pretty time consuming.

Good to know that I’m not the only one seeing odd values / workouts pop up. The importer tool seems like a great idea, but I’m not certain I’ll be able to trust what it spits out. Kind of a bummer.
