biketerra.com supports workouts, and you can even upload gpx files to create own routes. Works fine on browser which supports ble, so no app needed.

I like https://dundring.com/ , it supports posting to strava. There has been some conversation in the projects slack channel to integrate with intervals.icu. (i.e. bring in the scheduled workouts, post workouts). It is completely free and open source (on github)
To get it to work you need to enable bluetooth in your browser, on google chrome you can go to chrome://flags/#enable-web-bluetooth
