My fitness score on Strava is currently 96, but only 59 on Intervals. It’s connected to Strava, and showing all recent activities. Anyone have an idea why it’s different?
Is the Load (Intervals) and Relative Effort (Strava) the same for each corresponding activity?
Strava calculates their “TSS” differently, so you can expect to see a different score for each activity. The trend should be similar, but individual activities might/will differ.
Here’s a brief comparison between the two, using data from both, and assuming a starting fitness value that is the same (50).
Read about it here: Strava.
They’re slightly different. For example, a race from Sunday is 184 on Intervals, but 176 on Strava. One from Saturday is 197 on Intervals, and 226 on Strava. Friday’s race is 138 on Intervals, 169 on Strava. Thursday’s race is 118 on Intervals, 160 on strava.
Generally they’re scored higher on Strava, but not always. They’re broadly similar, but there are a few where the scores differ a fair bit (Saturday and Thursday for instance).
