Factoring strength workouts into training load/fitness/fatigue

I do a 1 hour “dynamic strength” workout twice a week. It’s a mix of bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell, brief aerobic stuff like burpees, etc. And it changes with every workout.

How should I factor it into my training load and fatigue calculations. Trying to calculate a load for each exercise = way too complex.

But, if I don’t count it, I risk not capturing important fatigue.

Thanks!

Mostly replying to follow but I have wondered the same. It appears as though my “dynamic strength” workouts are assigned a load value based on duration and HR data, I think, since there’s nothing else to go on - literally the default “1 set” and no exercise info.

I am looking at a ~70 min strength workout in Garmin Connect where it has an “exercise load” of 40, but the same workout on Interval.icu has it marked as “Load 0 (30)” in the calendar. Either way, it looks like some fatigue is captured.
