There’s no target. Use the Workout builder to learn the syntax.

Where do I find the Workout Builder and/or example minimum test?
So do I need to include bullet points and a % power range? The latter triggers too many alerts on my watch while running so can I default to “@0-200%” if inclusion of this text is a minimum requirement?
Set a Zone as target. Zones are wide enough to avoid too many alarms. Unless you continuously run right on the edge.
