It’s probably best to do a field test.
Do some shorter intervals until failure, then recover 20-30 min and do a longer hard effort, again until failure. Plot the workout data in intervals.icu and adjust the W’ value to reflect the fact that you went all out. W’ = 0 at the point of failure.
That will be your best estimate on the condition that your FTP is set correct…

It even adjusts the value automatically if you improved and would get negative. Here again, this only works more or less correct if your FTP is set correctly.
You should use the 90d with eFTP power model. Thats quite robust and should give you a good number. Or you can do a field test as @MedTechCD suggests.
