when recording a swim session with my GArmin 735 XT, it appears twice in Intervals and Strava. In intervals it comes one from Garmin source, and once from Strava. Weird ! I’m connected both using Strava and Garmin in intervals setup, but that’s working fine for Run and Bike activities.
any idea ?
Had the same issues with my 920XT, i had reported @ Garmin Connect & Strava duplicate handling - #70 by CEscorcio but nowawadays i only have Garmin connected so dont know if it still persists the bug
I had another report on this and am trying to figure it out. It used to work. It seems the activities arrive from Strava and Garmin and about the same time and this breaks the dup detection.

yes, And I think also that Strava (or Garmin I’m not sure) “trims” the swimming activities by removing the pauses, which makes them look different (some time the timestamp of the activity is also different). hope that helps
