What is the functional difference between W’Balance and FRC?
From the very little I know of both, they seem like the same thing?
Was listening to the CTS podcast and they talked about FRC, was wondering if I could take what they said and just apply it to W’Bal
Yep. Same thing essentially. Both a measure of how much work you can do over FTP.
The calculation of FRC and W’bal would probably be slightly different, but the tool is similar.
