Custom fields in calendar activities (Options -> Colors dialog)

I like this Colors dialog for picking which fields I want to see on the calendar view. I recently added a custom activity field ‘Density’ (moving_time / elapsed_time) that I’d like to show for swims. Is it possible to add custom activities to this dialog and show them in the calendar view? E.g. for the swim in this screenshot I’d love to see “1:35/100y | Load 41 | Density 80%”. Also I feel like the dialog could be renamed to something other than “Colors” since it does a bit more than that, but that’s just a nitpick. Thank you as always!

You can do that by adding a custom fitness plot to each day on the calendar. This will work fine if you only do one swim per day. Eventually the activity tile on the calendar will be editable, like the activity summary panel.

Add custom fitness plots to the calendar

Values from plots on custom charts on the /fitness page can now be added to the calendar. In this example I have added a custom chart showing work done per day (kJ) and the total for each week: [Screenshot 2023-12-14 at 06.33.10] To display this data on the calendar click the dot dot dot menu and tick the “Show on calendar” box.
