i am new to intervals - and was wondering if it can do what i am searchin for.
I want to create a training plan for 2 Weeks - that can be repeatable.
So basically i have list of sports i want to do within 2 weeks - either outdoor by myself or indoor on a fixed appointment in my sports club (if the weather is to bad) - and want to do this list within the mentioned timeframe.
Basically a “if this then that” approach.
If i do running on Monday i will do some light, not leg focused workout on Tuesday.
If the weather is bad i do a crosstraining indoor course in my sports club on monday and seem light workout on Tuesday - so the repeats may be switchable depending on the surroundings.
I looked for training plans (and found more then one option - e.g intertools and the “library” symbol - which confused me how training plans are handled)
Is what i describe somewhat possible with intervals?
Don’t know if this answers your question. But you can create a plan by clicking on the book symbol. With New → Plan, it opens a new calendar view, and you can either drag and drop workouts from your library, or create it by clicking on a day.
Thanks a lot! Never understood really how it works.. haven’t invested enough time probably, but those icons on top are also not so welcoming in their meaning..
noticed when creating the new plan I cannot drag and drop to my athletes calendar I used the share plan button but when I check my athletes calendar the workouts still do not appear
What do you mean with share button?
You can click on Athletes and select your athlete, afterwards click on apply changes and the plan will be rolled out.
If you want to drag and drop, don’t use two tabs. Go to your athlete calendar, open the library (it’s still your library), and drag and drop it to the calendar.
