Hi everyone,
I would like some guidance about W Prime. I have done many different tests 3, 5, 12, 60, 90 minutes; and I paced them pretty well. I am very happy with de results. But when I play with the different models for calculating FTP, CP and W prime I get very different results. The picture shows the results for each of the models available in intervals.icu
I would like some input about which to choose or any information available, so that I can structure better workouts.
