@david i have a question. On my Coris I do 2 measurements in the morning the HRV and the RHR measurements. Does are 2 separate tests.
The strange thing is that I see a different RHR value here than I see in the Coros app. The RHR value you get is this by any chance gotten from the HRV measurement. If so I can skip the whole RHR measurement
I also measure both HRV and RHR with the watch. But I often notice a big difference between the RHR and the HR via HRV measurement.
The HR via HRV often seems way off, so much that I donât really trust that value.
Hmm it looks like the Coros API is only returning one of the measurements. The field is a list but only has one entry. I will DM you the actual data so you can try figure out which one it is using.
Intervals.icu will use the HRV snapshot âhrâ value for resting HR instead of the normal ârhrâ value for the API. So for the 3rd August example Intervals.icu has used 53 from the HRV snapshot. I think that is probably the best number to use.
Is Coros sync halted for anyone else? Activities are syncing Strava<->Coros, but not from/to here, or smashrun. Wondering if itâs my account on Coros, or theyâve changed something?
Is your comment about completed workouts or workouts on a training plan or both?
Iâve been learning how to create and add workouts on intervals.icu, and I have ended up with eight, messed up workouts scheduled for one day on my Coros calendar. Iâve deleted them on intervals as I created them, i.e. I have never had eight workouts on the day. I now have no workouts scheduled on that day in intervals, but still have eight on Coros. There is no way to delete them on Coros that I can find.
Does anyone have a solution or a workaround?
(I know some Coros Training Plans allow one to delete workouts and/or move them. I wonder whether there is a setting that could be added to the Intervals Training Plan when it is pushed to Coros to get that same flexibility.)
Creating a training plan requires moving workouts around and if the workouts get sent to Coros when originally placed and there is no way to delete or move them later, creating a plan on intervals would be unworkable.
No, itâs not possible to move or delete workouts on that page. One can âexitâ the plan, if youâve placed it on your calendar, but not modify the plan. If you âexit,â the entire plan comes off oneâs calendar, but the plan remains unchanged. So, if you then put the plan back on the calendar, the bad workouts re-appear.
Your comment made me think to try modifying the plan on the app, instead of the web. No way to delete/modify on the app either. Shucks.
I have written to Coros. Too soon have heard anything.
One workaround that I can think of is to toggle the upload to Coros setting off when working on the next seven days. Since only seven days are pushed to Coros, one can manipulate the rest of workouts without causing problems on the Coros end.
The Coros integration is very simple from the Intervals.icu side. You upload âplanâ of 7 days of workouts with a start date and end date. So there isnât a lot I can fiddle with.
I looked through the Coros API document and didnât see a parameter to let one move/delete workouts. With Corosâs own plans, one can usually move and delete, and I think on some modify workouts.
