It happened. I got Covid before I could get vaccine. Though it was not severe case, my performance stognated significantly. The red line is 3 weeks after I was tested positive. The blue one just before that. Did somebody here expirienced that? Would be interesting to compare how fast it is recovered.

I had a similar case. My covid was las year and I had an almost assymptomatic case. Byt my fitness droped, after recovery I’ve adopetd a specific trainnig plan to recover from “injury” and 3 weeks later I was near the form before covid
