I was thinking it would be nice to be able to combine multiple activities into one continuous activity such as two back-to-back zwift or rouvy rides.
Unfortunately unless you can combine them in Strava Intervals.icu has to keep them separate.
hi, still not possible???
We’re getting close
Exporting the FIT with the modifications made in intervals.icu is possible since this week.
This basically means that the dev work to write correct FIT files is done.
You can combine two activities in fitfiletools
Maybe, it’s not perfectly clear what the Combiner does without testing. It might just combine 2 files with extra data channels from the same activity. Garmin Fit + a Moxy Fit for example.
I don’t have 2 FIT files close enough to each other in time to test this.
I understand your requirement.
The OP was referring to multiple activities into one continuous activity.
Is this activity combining still not possible natively within intervals?
Would be really awesome to combine because Apple Watches don’t broadcast HR, so on indoor bike efforts I have HR separate from all the other information
It’s still not possible.
But you could use the app from @app4g for Broadcasting HR:
(Don’t know if it’s working well, because I don’t have an Apple Watch. But if you have any problems, I am sure, the developer will help you out)
My Chest HRM decided not to work last night so at about the one third mark of the ride I started recording the ride on my apple watch - is there anyway to merge the HR from the apple watch activity into the garmin ride without heart rate? Even though the apple watch is incomplete?
Fit file combiner didn’t work. I took a 26 mile, 90 minute ride and combined it with a 18 mile, one hour ride and it output a 30 mile, one hour ride.
You can export TCX without donation or if you donate a one time small fee, you can also export fit.
you’re a hero!
