There are plenty of good threads about teaching LLMs to write ICU workouts.
There are fewer threads discussing the long-term use of LLMs as training coaches. One implementation of this, AI Endurance, has been really interesting to use for a while. However, it has its frustrations (though I am trying to get past them and the guy who runs it, Markus, has been incredibly helpful).
If i wanted to get an LLM to output me say, 14 days worth of workouts it would be able to do it in the ICU format in something like JSON or an Excel.
But how do I bulk upload these to Intervals.icu so they can be synched and followed?

Via APIs. Intervals.ICU offer an outstanding set: Swagger UI
Maybe you´ll find also an LLM that even takes over this coding work for you

Are there any threads knocking around that might help a fellow get started if they had no coding experience? Even if they were going to offload the practical hard work to Google Gemini.
I´ll recommend to play around with Googles Cloud platform offering. Your fingers need to touch things like the under-estimated Apps Script, this can be heavy & powerful but also easier to start with.
At the end, I´ll promise, you´ll need to get your hands “dirty”.
It might be too easy to throw some prompts into a LLM and receive the golden solution on a silver tablet.
