I am building training scedules week by week which I would like to reuse.
I have map of different training sessions in swimming, biking, running and som test sessions.
And I was trying to make a plan which I can add week by week to an athlete.
I noticed that I cannot ad just 1 week, it allways ads the whole plan again… is there a fix for this?
