I’ve seen this request in some comments, but not in a feature request.
It would be great if we could use the paces of fixed distances (eg. 400m pace or 5k pace) as prescriptive paces. Running coaches use this a lot, and while a workaroud is possible, it is time consuming and have to use different sources.
For example a workout could be like:
5x
- 1.2km 100% 5k pace
- 400m 70% 5k pace
It would be great if I could put them into a table manually, but we can also use the distances in the Pace page:

Agreed! I think this feature will make the platform even more relevant for runners. It would also be great if you could adjust zones, not by percent to percent, but by percentage range. I really believe these two features will make the platform even more attractive.

It would be useful being able to set specific paces in the workout builder.
Also:

Agree!
For running plans it’s super-relevant. But this request is also means that there is should be possibility to set these tempos somewhere in the runner profile settings
Throwing a hail mary here: @david is it possible? I know there is immense amount of work right now, but I really think this would be a huuuge pro for Intervals.
