In the load bar, left value is your workouts and races combined and right value is the target for the week.
I cant seem to find a way to delete the plan completely
There’s also a generic issue : Race distance is included as done in the Calendar view so when I look at my week prior to the race I already have many kilometers completed
But in Fitness calculation this is excluded. It’s bit confusing. I’d opt for having it not considered done until the corresponding activity is coming from Garmin or other sources.
Thanks! So in my example, my workouts should add up to a total load of 186 for that week. Makes sense. Kinda hard to ignore the % marker indicating overloading though.
