Amazfit (Zepp) support available

There is an issue with the lap messages in fit files from Zepp. I have reported this but will deploy a workaround on Monday AM (GMT+2) to fix the problem.

I have emailed them about this issue.

So you are selecting “Trail running” and the workout doesn’t show up?

@david Thank you for messaging them. For the trail running the workout does not show up at all. Here is a video showing the issue: Quick Share

I did not try yet. I only replied the guy who did mention, that the workout was not available under trail running.

Thanks for adding support. I just moved to Amazfit from Garmin. I recorded an outdoor bicycle ride with both my Hammerhead cycling computer and my T Rex 3 Pro (Zepp)

I had both synced onto intervals icu to compare. Hammerhead looked fine.

The sync from T Rex 3 Pro (Zepp) seemed to have an issue with the map and when I mouse over the charts. I have auto pause on. With a short 5 min break in the middle of the ride and a longer 30 min cafe break toward the end. As I mouse through the chart, the map location is ok but slowly gets out of sync with the traffic light pauses. As it gets to the 5 mins break, it becomes more out of sync. As it gets to the cafe stop, it is completely out of sync. Note this is from just the native sync.

If I download the fit file from from Zepp and upload into intervals icu, its actually perfect, no issues with the map location and mouse over at all.

Anyone has a solution?

Please email me ([email protected]) the fit file you downloaded from Zepp. I have already grabbed the one Intervals.icu received from the Zepp API. I will report the issue.

Bonjour,

It seems that planned workouts can only be executed on the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro. I don’t know if Zepp have plans to support other devices in future.

The worst news you could give me! :sob:
I just can’t understand why. A marketing choice?

I don’t know what the plans are, I just know that the new stuff doesn’t work on the T Rex 3 I have. I will post here if I find out more.

Thanks. Do you think the Zepp app will sync VO2max with Intervals.icu in the future?

If Zepp add that to their API it will be easy to add to Intervals.icu. I will ask.

Good afternoon @david,

I am not sure whether it is from intervals side or amazfit but all the intervals are displayed as training irrispective of what text I write to be displayed in each section. Shall I email Amazfit?

I am not quite sure what you mean? Could you please post some screenshots or other info and link to an activity with issues. Tx.

Yes sure. If you see I created a session with two intervals. The text to display in interval one should be slow, and the 2nd interval fast, but instead it just shows training on the watch

Yes it looks like this is a Zepp issue. I have verified that Intervals.icu is sending through the name of the step:

  "Structure": [
    {
      "Type": "Step",
      "Name": "Slow",
      "Length": {
        "Unit": "Second",
        "Value": 600
      },
      "IntensityTarget": {
        "Unit": "PercentOfThresholdHr",
        "MinValue": 64.28571,
        "MaxValue": 80.35714,
        "Value": 72.32143
      }
    },

I will send this in, but you should also report it.

I will. Thank you for confirming.

Hi everyone, I just discovered intervals.icu and I’m really excited about it! I’ve also set up some workouts for my week, but I noticed that the Zepp app only recognizes the T-Rex 3 Pro as a supported device for loading external workouts… Are there any plans to support the Active 2 or other models soon?
