I mostly use it to have a ‘sync’ point for my indoor rides. I start the trainer control app and start riding, then I start my Garmin and if everything is connected and working, I simultaneously start the workout on the trainer app and hit the lap button on my Garmin.
This is easier to merge and crop both in Gotoes with a correct sync point.
Hi, I’m a new user that just registered. I’m trying to connect to amazfit/zepp, I click any of the three checkboxes and it takes me to user.huami.com to authorize the app, and I click allow, but when taken back to intervals.icu the checkbox is again unchecked. What could I be missing?
I have been experiencing synchronization issues with my swimming workouts for some time now. Intervals.icu is missing pace, stroke rate, and automatic laps/intervals. As a result, only the overall average speed is shown instead of individual intervals.
The data is fully visible on my watch, in the Zepp app, and on Strava, so the issue seems specific to the Intervals.icu import. I can provide the original .fit file via private message for further diagnosis.

I have a similar problem. Running training are sync with my watch while HIIT and Strenght training are not.
For the past week, my helium strap activities haven’t been syncing… I’ve disconnected and reconnected twice and nothing.
