Alpe d'Huzes 5 month training plan

Last year I have been training according to a 5 month periodization training plan to prepare myself for a big Even in June.
I am planning to repeat it this year starting from January to June 2021.
How can I export/import/copy/paste the workouts / rides I did last year into a new workout plan?

You can create a folder in your library and drag the workouts/rides onto that. Then you can create a plan and drag and drop from your folders onto the plan calendar view.

For rides the intervals are used to create the workouts.
