Hi,
It would be nice to add a field for Calorie Intake during a workout. Not a major problem, but for me the correct fueling with carbs is very important and helps a lot for Sweetspot and Threshold Training (RPE-wise). At the moment I try to put it in my workout notes, but this is not very practical for later analysis.

Might be easier to track “grams of carbs consumed”?
For me, yes. I thought calories would be more general, but grams more practical.

Any update on this? I think it would be helpful as a measurement to track over time.
If it has been added already, any guidance on where to find it would be appreciated
At this point, you could add a custom field to track it with.

I added a field to the workout, but I can’t seem to get it to display, let alone enter a value.
Am I missing anything?
Make sure you’re adding the correct type. There are a few different spots you can add fields.
The workout one is under ‘Custom’ - ‘Add Field’

Hi,
I have just added a custom field like the one above to track carbs intake. Really helpful - I used to just note this in the comments in the past.
I would love to have another field computing grams of carbs taken in per hour based on my input in the other field and the activity time.
Does anybody know how to do that? I have no clue about JavaScript unfortunately…

Grams of carbs ingested is now a standard field:
Activities now show carbohydrate utilisation in grams and you can capture how much you ingested:

Columns are available on the activity list view:

Carbohydrate utilisation is calculated using the TSS model from this paper by Rothschild et al.:
Notes:
VO2 at VT2 is estimated from FTP
Activities with a variability index (normalised power / average power) of less than 1.10 are considered “continuous”
