Zwift Activity Failed to Sync to Intervals.icu

Did 2 hours on Zwift this morning, and it synced to both Garmin and Strava, as expected. However, it failed to sync to Intervals.icu. This is the first time this has happened to me since I began syncing the two, and I have not changed anything in Zwift or Intervals.icu recently (everything worked fine through yesterday).

Any idea what the issue is and how I might resolve it?

Same thing for me and a friend of mine today, activity came through via strava but nothing from Zwift.

Same for me. It was ok this morning, but not this evening. I downloaded fit file from zwift then upload to intervals

Yeah, I finally uploaded the fit files as well, but am still curious as to what happened. If been doing this now for a couple of months, and this is the first glitch I’ve seen.

The same thing happened with one of my coached athletes. The workout he did last Wednesday (or maybe Thursday) showed up duplicated on Saturday. The correctly timed activity came from Strava, while the incorrectly dated and timed activity came from Zwift. Fortunately, he keeps Zwift open, so I was able to follow the link and confirm that the activity was indeed incorrect on Zwift but correct on Strava!

For the record, this happened with two of his workouts last week, but I haven’t checked—or maybe just didn’t notice (knock knock)—the same issue with other athletes.

Same for me. Is there any fix or a reason why this is happening already?

Same issue for me yesterday evening. 2 rides did not sync to Intervals, so I’ve uploaded Zwift FIT files manually.

I just had my first Zwift import failed ride with the following message:

Zwift upload failed: The notAvailableAfter time parameter must be in the future

I’ve been using intervals for years and encountered this error for the very first time yesterday (roughly 10 hours ago). I clicked retry and clicked “look for new activities” and the workout is there but the error message is still visible.

same issue, 2hr on Zwift and ride failed to load here. Connection to Zwift was activated in settings. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting but Zwift ride didn’t load.

Have previously had Zwift rides load into intervals.icu but that may have been via strava. Currently have strava disconnected to intervals.icu due to Strava fit file not including power balance data from assioma pedals, am instead getting outdoors rides synced here via Hammerhead.

Same problem here.

I can get them via Strava, but that means they’re not available through the Intervals.icu API due to Strava’s API terms. I have to manually export the FIT file from Zwift/Strava and upload it to Intervals.icu to get around this :frowning:

issue hasn’t occurred again, not sure why
only change I made was updating my FTP value in Zwift - think I read a reference to that helping somewhere…(although it doesn’t match my Intervals FTP value)

not sure if that helped or disconnecting and reconnecting my Zwift account in Intervals helped the next time I completed a ride on Zwift…
