Hi,
Thanks for a wonderful product!
I wanted to create a workout schedule based on pace, but it appears that I can only use pace zones or a percentage of threshold pace. That is all very handy for intervals, but I want to do training with a fixed pace to run in the marathon.
Would it be possible to create that? Or does it exist and have I missed it?
Thanks in advance,
Jeroen

Likely done to simplify the workout builder/translator.
You can edit the percentage to give a pace down to the second though.
- 21.1km 98.5% Pace
give me an exact pace to hold (or beat) for my half this weekend.
Workaround suggestion appreciated
. That would cover it as long as my threshold would not move.
However I would really like to run a sub-4 marathon and train at that pace and create a training plan that keeps that pace plan despite shape changes. I think this feature would be appreciated by others too?
As it is possible for power (Watts per lap) I would expect the functionality to be there already and it just needs to be extended for pace (tempo per lap).
Currently you have to use the percentages workaround suggested by @David_R. I do have this on the (ever growing) todo list.

I would also like to have this feature!

Hi David!
I know the list is even longer now, but do you still have this feature on it? For Interval workouts the exact pace would be a lot easier to use. Thx!
