By the way, do u have some public workout libraries where I could find some trainings (using km more than mile if possible)

In addition, it should be noted that these are not public workouts, only your own. But if you click on the search icon you can find public plans (they will include workouts obviously).
For finding public workouts, something like TrainerDay is maybe the better choice. You can send those to intervals.icu too.
