This question is similar to previous posts, but not identical.
I’m trying to download the workout prepared for me by my trainer in FIT format.
Although I can easily initiate the download - by clicking the downward arrow and selecting the FIT format from the menu - the resulting file is only a few bytes in size and doesn’t contain any actual workout data.
Is there something that I’m missing?

I downloaded your workout for today in fit format and had a look on fitfileviewer.com. Looks fine to me. The file is 302 bytes.
David, thank you for your answer. You are right. I was trying to convert the fit file with “fit2tcx” and the result was “Not a fit file: filename.fit”
For this reason I was sure the problem was with the fit file. Instead, the problem is with some bug in “fit2tcx”.
