Where do Strava private notes go?

Are Strava private notes ported anywhere in Intervals?
Would it be possible to put the into the activity comments.

Also it seems like regular notes are not imported from Strava, when the activity is comes from DropBox. Kinda make sense, but since the activity title is fetched from Strava, would it make sense to import notes at the same time?

Lastly, if notes are changed/added in Strava at a later time, after the initial sync, is there a way to get them synchronized?

Currently private notes are not imported. I would need to add a new field for that and only show them to your coach(es) since people wouldn’t expect those to be visible to all followers.

The “list activities” API call includes the title which is why that gets synced automatically. Not so for description and private notes.

Strava does not notify Intervals.icu when the description or private notes are updated + they are only returned when the full activity is downloaded. So you need to do Actions → Sync with Strava to get the description to update on Intervals.icu.

Hi guys

Is it possible to search activities in list view with the intervals.icu “type note or comment” on an activity?

I know I can search on name or description however I don’t really want all these notes in description field that is synced back to strava

I’m not sure but have you tried to show the column “Chat” - has comments ?

thanks, I did a check and can add the column and see Yes/No, but unable to apply filter or search through the comments etc.

Is there any way to update the Strava title and descriptions for a linked activity, i.e., one where actual data is from Dropbox, Wahoo, etc. but the title and original descriptions are from Strava.

Moreover, it would be great to be able to do that on multiple activities via the Activities-list view (e.g., after filtering). Any possibility to do that yet? … to be implemented?
