What is the procedure to become a coach (in intervals.icu)

I recently added myself to this ‘Ask a Coach’ list and I’ve got some thoughts. I’ve had quite a lot of questions, around 2 a week in the last month I think, and probably over half of them have started with a very general question, and after my reply an apology for rudeness as they thought they were talking to an AI chatbot. I don’t what we can do about that but it’s probably good to be aware that this is how the function is used. I still think it’s a good feature but it might help making it explicit that it’s a human coach you’ll be talking to as we all apparently just assume everything is AI chatbots these days.
Secondly, the number of inquiries is starting to pile up now. I’m curious how other coaches manage to have the inquiries not get in the way of the athletes for day-to-day coaching. Obviously on the main overview page you can apply filters, which I have already done, but the drop-down menu is starting to get annoyingly crowded for the day-to-day work and navigating between different athletes quickly.
I am also kind of curious how it gets decided which coach shows up in the ‘Ask a Coach’ box. I’ve received a surprising amount of questions in Mandarin and that is somewhat challenging.

Hi @david

How could I be in the list of "ask a coach " in Spain? I updated my profile. Thanks

Hi David, I’ve updated my bio. Could I be added to the list of coaches?

Thanks.

Done! Thanks.
